Privacy Policy

When you use TabooSport Design Studio, we may collect information that you enter or create inside the basketball board design flow. This may include your board configuration, selected package, design choices, uploaded logo or visual materials, name, email address, phone number, country and optional notes.

During the pre-launch phase, order request information is used to send a request to TabooSport so that our team can review the design and contact you with payment instructions.

We use submitted information to:

• review your basketball board request;
• prepare communication about your selected digital package;
• send payment instructions during the pre-launch phase;
• prepare digital previews or visual materials after payment;
• respond to your questions and support requests;
• improve TabooSport Design Studio and the customer experience.

If you upload a logo, club mark, image or other visual material, you confirm that you have the right to use that material for your board request. TabooSport may use the submitted material only for the purpose of reviewing, preparing and delivering your requested design package or physical board offer.

In the current pre-launch version, TabooSport Design Studio does not charge online payment directly inside the app. Payment instructions are sent manually by TabooSport after review. When automated payment is introduced, payment processing may be handled through a payment provider or the existing TabooSport checkout system.

TabooSport does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed through tools used to operate the service, such as website hosting, email delivery and order communication systems.
