These Terms of Use explain how visitors and customers may use TabooSport Design Studio during the basketball coaching board design and order request process.
1. Purpose of TabooSport Design Studio
TabooSport Design Studio is a guided digital experience that helps coaches create and preview a custom basketball coaching board design. The studio is connected to TabooSport design and production services, but the free preview itself is not a production-ready file.
2. Free Design Mode
Free Design Mode allows users to create and review a protected preview of their board. Free previews may include visible TabooSport branding, preview marks and protection elements. Free previews are not intended for independent production, printing, resale or commercial reproduction.
3. Digital packages
The current pre-launch offer includes digital package requests such as Basic Digital Preview and Clean Board Upgrade. These packages are prepared after TabooSport review and payment confirmation.
A digital package does not include a physical board, print-ready production file, independent production rights, resale rights, shipping, accessories or logo vectorization unless separately agreed in writing.
4. Clean Board Upgrade
Clean Board Upgrade refers to delivered preview visuals without visible TabooSport branding. It does not automatically include print-ready files, manufacturing rights, copying rights or the right to independently produce boards outside TabooSport.
5. Physical TabooSport boards
An original TabooSport physical basketball coaching board is a separate product offer. It may be requested after or during the digital package review process. Final product price, shipping, delivery time and production details are confirmed separately by TabooSport.
6. Uploaded logos and materials
By uploading a logo, club mark, image or other material, you confirm that you have permission to use it for your board request. TabooSport may use uploaded materials to review, prepare and deliver the requested package or product offer.
Uploaded logo quality may affect the final visual result. TabooSport may recommend logo cleanup, vectorization or additional preparation when needed.
7. Pre-launch payment flow
In the current pre-launch version, TabooSport Design Studio does not charge online payment directly inside the app. After you submit a request, TabooSport reviews the request and sends payment instructions manually.
